A single QR code can also start a one-step tutorial with, e.g. a specific diagram or document, or dial a connection with a chosen expert via the remote support module.
QR codes placed on badges make logging in easier - no need to enter your login and password on your device (e.g. by voice). Scanning the code is enough to access certain areas.

NEW EMPLOYEE TRAINING
nsFlow can be used for remote "live" training as well as remote support. When technicians encounter an unusual problem, they can instantly connect with experts, wherever they are.
The expert sees the technicians’ actions and can give instructions and directions in real-time – verbally, and also visually – thanks to markings and annotations on images seen by the technician. They can also communicate via text thanks to the chat functionality.
Checklists with individual operations to be performed during service, audit or inspection, can be transferred to nsFlow as AR-driven digital procedures.
AR glasses can store various types of documentation and diagrams that are easy to open and review, without using your hands, especially in difficult working conditions. The glasses support a variety of file formats. They can be also used to create training materials – photos and videos recorded from the employee's perspective.
FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING (FAT)
nsFlow platform comes in handy in conducting remote factory acceptance tests (FAT) of machines. The recipient can see the machine operation in the early production stage or before final implementation to report any comments. Formal acceptance testing can also be done remotely.
